Sunken Songs is a re-imagination of historical sea shanties.

Instrumental recordings are slowed down and interwoven with found sound and electronic artefact.

Research was conducted using music manuscripts contained in the maritime collection research centre of Mystic Seaport Museum in Connecticut.

Cameron Deyell - producer, arranger, electric and acoustic guitars, glockenspiel, synths.

featuring Jon Cowherd - piano, celeste, mellotron, yamaha cp80, farfisa, fender rhodes, wurlitzer and toy piano.

Recorded by Aaron Nevezie at The Bunker Studios in Brooklyn, then edited and arranged by Cameron in Los Angeles and Melbourne.

Mixed and mastered by Lachlan Carrick at Moose Mastering in Melbourne.
