Since 2009, Cameron has performed, recorded and co-written music with ARIA award winning singer songwriter, Lior.

Cameron first worked on Lior’s 2010 album Tumbling Into The Dawn (Inertia), playing electric guitar and co-writing ‘Everybody’s Doing That’.

Lior’s 2014 album Scattered Reflections (MGM) was co-written with Cameron, with writing sessions taking place in a Rajasthani desert fort palace, and in a French medieval village near Nice. Cameron’s co-compositions are featured throughout, including the epic album opening track ‘Soon’, and the song ‘Learn To Live’ which was featured in the Robert Connolly film ‘Paper Planes’.

While Cameron lived in New York, and then on his boat in Los Angeles, he and Lior continued their collaboration, with songs from these sessions appearing on the 2018 album Between You & Me (AntiFragile).

In 2022, Cameron created an orchestral arrangement of ‘Soon’ for a performance by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Lior and band at the Sydney Opera House, conducted by Nigel Westlake.

Cameron and Lior continue their friendship and collaboration - they recently co-wrote the album The Blue Parade, released in 2024, including the single Compulsion.
